How often are orders dispatched?
All orders placed Monday – Friday before 11am (GMT+8) will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 11am will be shipped the following business day.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
You can track your parcel by keying in the tracking number on the courier's website.

COVID-19 shipping updates
There may be unexpected shipping delays during this COVID-19 pandemic. Should lockdowns or special measures imposed by authorities occur, we ask for your patience as the courier companies strive hard to bring your items to you. During unprecedented times like this, we are closely monitoring the situation and taking all the necessary precautions to protect the health and safety of our staff and community.
Do you offer same day delivery?
We DO NOT offer same day delivery. However, customers in Klang Valley, West Malaysia can get their items on the same day via Lalamove. Please note that you will need to request and pay for a Lalamove pickup from our office on your own. To opt for this, select "Self-Pickup" during checkout and leave a note in the message box to alert us. All orders involving Lalamove same-day pickups have to placed before 3pm that day to prevent unsuccessful pickups.
Will I have to pay taxes/customs duties on my orders?
Your order is shipped with customs duties and taxes unpaid. Customs authorities require that we state the value of the order directly on the package. Taxes and/or customs duties are not included in the shipping fee or the product price. Taxes and/or customs duties are not within our control because they are levied by the law of the country your order is being shipped to. Depending on delivery location, customs fees and charges may be payable and the amount may vary. This is a responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us. Any orders refused at delivery for this reason will incur the return shipping fee.
Can I add/remove products to my order once processed?
Unfortunately amendments can't be made once an order has been processed.

I have not received my order. What should I do?
All items sent out would be provided with a tracking number. Track your item via the courier's website. In rare events where the item is missing, contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to resolve the matter.
